Share daily/weekly priorities so the whole team’s on the same page
Work side‑by‑side with the team, helping split tasks and keeping everyone moving
Carry out alcohol testing when required
Handle small vehicle repairs and get servicing booked in on time
Chat with Drivers, answering questions and resolving issues
Tranship and reload vehicles to keep the operation flowing smoothly
Complete in‑house reports accurately and on time
