Job Description:

Focusing 3PL warehousing and shipment solutions across North America, seeking a talented individual to join a company with 30+ years in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the day-to-day operations of the warehouse orders, ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet client expectations
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that deliveries are scheduled, tracked, and processed efficiently
Work closely with carriers, vendors, and clients to schedule deliveries and pickups
Act as a point of contact for client requests, resolve issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or delivery problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (e.g., invoices, packing slips, shipping labels) is accurate and up-to-date
Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment tracking, inventory levels, and customer requests
Provide regular reports on shipment status, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to management
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, operations, sales) to align clients needs and satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3PL warehousing / logistics setting
Experience in a 3PL environment
Bilingual (French and English)
Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset)
