Experience in a senior waiting or head waiter role in a busy restaurant or hotel setting
Confidence running a section and supporting junior team members
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service — and a desire to keep learning
Friendly, professional communication in English
A guest-first mindset, sharp attention to detail, and team spirit

Job Responsibility

Take ownership of sections during service
Support the restaurant supervisor and management team
Ensure every guest experience is smooth, warm, and memorable
Play a key role in team motivation, floor operations, and guest engagement
Lead with heart and create meaningful moments of connection
Support your team and communicate clearly
Know your menu, own your section, and raise the standard
