Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join the team at Bar Antoine. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, guest focused environment where service is confident, engaging, and full of energy. As Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering a relaxed yet refined service experience across Bar Antoine. You will take ownership of your section, building rapport with guests, delivering confident recommendations, and ensuring every interaction feels natural, warm, and personalised. This is a fast paced, high visibility role that blends restaurant and bar service, requiring strong product knowledge, a sense of flow, and the ability to create an engaging atmosphere.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver attentive, vibrant, and personalised service across Bar Antoine
  • Guide guests confidently through the menu, including food and beverage recommendations
  • Build strong knowledge of the bar offering, including cocktails, wines, and light dishes
  • Manage your section effectively, ensuring smooth service and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Create a warm and energetic atmosphere that reflects the Bar Antoine concept
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and naturally
  • Support the development of junior team members through example and coaching

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Chef de Rang or similar role within a high quality restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, with an interest in cocktails and bar culture
  • Confident, engaging communication style and strong guest presence
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high energy service environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
