Job Responsibility

  • Lead the weekly and monthly VM cadence, including mock shops, mannequin styling, test store set-ups and VM communications
  • Translate brand, product, marketing and trade priorities into clear and commercially effective VM direction
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing VM team
  • Deliver VM training and capability-building across retail, field and VM teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Retail, Planning, Marketing, Operations, Store Design and NZ to drive execution
  • Manage the VM calendar across campaigns, launches, collaborations and promotional activity
  • Monitor store presentation and performance, adjusting VM direction to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Support new store openings, relocations and store design initiatives
  • Prepare strategic VM updates and presentations for senior leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a senior visual merchandising leadership role, across multi-site retail and multiple product categories
  • Strong commercial visual merchandising experience, including store layouts, mannequin styling, product storytelling and campaign execution
  • Experience in building VM Strategy and leading the delivery of required outcomes
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing team members
  • Proven ability to translate brand, product and trade priorities into clear store execution
  • Adobe Suite capability
  • Strong Excel competency
  • VM, Marketing or related qualification preferred
