Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand identity and delivering compelling visual experiences across various mediums. Including digital, print, and motion design.

Job Responsibility

  • Create visually stunning graphics, layouts, and many other design assets for various campaigns
  • Design and produce engaging animations and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and brand communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to develop and world-class designs that inform and align with our brand strategy
  • Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, ensuring our visual identity remains fresh and relevant
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating your vision and rationale effectively
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and SLAs to ensure consistency across all touch points
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in visual design and motion graphics, preferably in a product’s brand team or creative agency setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including motion design and a deep understanding of visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Framer)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful designs
  • Experience in leading design projects and collaborating with diverse teams
