You'll lead the visual voice of Gamma, creating campaigns and brand systems that bring our story and product to life across every touchpoint. This means dreaming up and executing creative work that turns heads—from digital and motion design to web, print, merch, and events. You'll shape how Gamma looks and feels in the world, collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership to push visual boundaries while mentoring and inspiring other designers. As Senior Visual Designer, you'll jump between mediums with ease, leading design projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy. You'll blend concept, craft, and storytelling to create campaigns that aren't afraid of bold color or big ideas. You'll elevate the craft across the team through feedback and mentorship while experimenting with AI tools to push what's possible in visual design.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
6+ years in visual or brand design with portfolio that blends concept, craft, and storytelling
Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including motion and video tools) with ability to work across multiple mediums
Experience leading design projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy
Comfort giving and receiving feedback and mentoring others in a fast-paced creative environment
Passion for building brands that push visual boundaries and aren't afraid of bold color or big ideas
