Job Description:

Senior Visual Designers at Netsertive lead the creation of interactive and animated rich media advertisements for both local and national clients in additional to ad hok internal brand projects. In addition to designing, Senior Visual Designers collaborate closely with team and department leadership to innovate new processes, review visual designer layouts, and ensure consistency in design quality and client deliverables. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive creative excellence and process improvements within the design team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design interactive and animated rich media advertisements for local clients, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign requirements
  • Collaborate with account management and project management teams to understand client objectives and translate them into visually engaging designs
  • Ensure all creative assets align with industry standards, best practices, and Netsertive’s quality standards
  • Develop ad hok internal design projects, including enablement materials, internal swag, and other Netsertive brand projects
  • Lead the design process for interactive and animated rich media advertisements, ensuring designs meet client objectives and align with campaign strategies
  • Mentor Visual Designers, providing guidance on design principles, industry best practices, and technical execution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Visual Design team, streamlining workflows, and implementing new design processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design best practices and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
  • Review and provide feedback on Visual Designer layouts, ensuring designs meet Netsertive’s quality standards and client expectations
  • Conduct regular design reviews, offering constructive criticism and guidance to ensure consistent high-quality deliverables across projects
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the Visual Design team
  • Contribute to team building, mentorship, and professional development initiatives to support the growth and success of Visual Designers

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years graphic or motion design experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • 1-3 years of experience with motion design using Adobe Animate or equivalent HTML5 design tool
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior designers
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, user experience principles, and design best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
