We are looking for a strategic and influential Video Producer who can function as both a Producer and a Director for a premier in-house media production department. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting breakthrough content-ranging from digital/TV advertising and social media to podcasts and internal communications-that tells a complex story with clarity and humanity. You will act as a creative lead, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. This includes everything from initial concepting and script advising to directing talent on set and overseeing final post-production.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Production: Manage the full creation process, including project management, creative treatments, budgeting, and media asset licensing
Directing & Storytelling: Direct talent and subject matter experts on set, with a specific focus on creating engaging, interview-based, documentary-style content
Stakeholder Management: Partner with Marketing and Communications teams across the enterprise to ensure creative vision aligns with business goals
Crew Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with production crews, external vendors, video editors, and designers to ensure high-quality execution
Strategic Advising: Provide expert guidance on scripts and creative concepts to senior leaders and subject matter experts
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of related experience in producing and directing within a brand, agency, or commercial production company
A proven track record of creating high-quality, interview-driven documentary-style video content
Exceptional ability to communicate with and influence senior leadership and stakeholders
Deep understanding of industry-leading storytelling methodologies and the technical requirements of modern video production
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
