As Senior Video Editor, you will work closely with our world-class producers, strategists, and channel leads to bring ideas to life, refine pacing, and elevate the creative standard across every video. Job Responsibility
Edit high-performing long-form YouTube content for our brands across established and emerging channels
Assemble rough cuts and refine them into polished, final edits
Execute pacing decisions that prioritize clarity, retention, and storytelling
Collaborate with producers and strategists to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life
Implement notes quickly and accurately across multiple feedback rounds
Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
Maintain consistency across episodes, formats, and recurring content series
Ensure assets, timelines, and exports follow consistent internal standards
Support the development of repeatable editing systems that enable channel scale
Streamline editing processes and workflows to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met
Requirements
4+ years experience in professional production environment (e.g., lighting, shooting, audio recording, web production, writing), post-production environment, or broadcasting (e.g., local news) OR equivalent experience
5+ years of professional editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling craft. YouTube experience preferred
Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing software
Solid understanding of YouTube pacing, structure, retention tactics, and platform best practices
Experience editing educational, narrative, branded, or documentary-style content
