As Senior Video Editor at Bilt Rewards, you will join our in-house video team and lead the execution of our product education content — videos that will help millions of members understand how Bilt works and how to get the most out of their membership. This role is ideal for someone who loves the challenge of making complex ideas feel simple and wants to be a key part of a fast-moving team at one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. You'll be responsible for turning product messaging into polished, engaging video content across formats—from quick vertical explainers to more in-depth tutorials. Bilt is developing industry-redefining products, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to elevate our visual brand.
Job Responsibility:
Edit and produce product education videos that clearly communicate Bilt's features, benefits, and member experience
Develop motion graphics and animated elements that elevate storytelling and reinforce brand consistency
Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and creative teams to translate briefs into compelling video content across both paid and organic channels
Lead projects from concept to final delivery, transforming scripts and storyboards into polished, platform-ready content
Design and animate motion graphics and edit a wide range of content—from graphics-driven pieces to live-action footage—across various genres, visual styles, and budgets
Assist with in-house video productions and provide on-set or field support when needed
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on tight timelines
Establish and maintain video templates and asset libraries to streamline post-production workflows
Stay ahead of visual trends to bring fresh ideas to Bilt's visual identity and how our product shows up in the marketplace
Requirements:
7+ years of professional video editing experience
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and general proficiency across the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent motion graphics and animation skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates range and polish
Ability to distill complex information into clear, visually engaging communication
Excellent project management skills—you're organized, communicative, and deadline-driven with the capacity to work across multiple teams at once
Perform light finishing tasks such as color correction, audio sweetening, and QC for technical accuracy
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency
Excited by the pace and opportunity of a high-growth startup environment
Nice to have:
General understanding of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
General understanding of on-site production within the Sony camera ecosystem
Background in fintech, product marketing, or educational content
