Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer with proven expertise in generative AI for video and motion graphics. Lead the production of high-quality video assets, shape the creative direction of campaigns, and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into the heart of our content creation process. Combine technical mastery, creative vision, and AI expertise to deliver innovative, impactful, and scalable content for global audiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Edit and produce high-end video content for campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Design and execute motion graphics and animations that enhance brand storytelling
  • Lead the integration of generative AI tools into the creative workflow, from ideation to execution
  • Ensure polished final outputs with color grading, sound design, captions, and platform-optimized versions
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to conceptualize campaigns that blend traditional craft with AI-powered innovation
  • Stay at the forefront of video, design, and AI trends, proactively applying them to elevate our creative output
  • Mentor junior team members on editing, motion design, and effective use of AI in production
  • Continuously optimize workflows, identifying areas where AI can accelerate processes and expand creative possibilities

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, ideally in creative agencies or global marketing teams
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with generative AI platforms for video and motion graphics (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, MidJourney, Veo)
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to merge storytelling, design, and technology
  • Track record of delivering innovative, large-scale video campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable leading projects in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Portfolio/reel that demonstrates both traditional editing skills and AI-driven creative work
