Senior Vice President

• Leading new business development in North America: business planning, networking, agency proposals, presentations, negotiation, and securing business, focused on the corporate and B2B markets.
• Managing development of marketing materials and agency thought leadership focused on the North American market.
• Providing strategic counsel to — and coordinating with — senior representatives of clients day-to-day and processing their changing needs.
• Overseeing outstanding delivery of retained and project-based assignments, including intelligence services, branding and content, marketing and campaigns, corporate communications, strategic communications, and crisis management
• Building relationships with clients to grow client accounts organically.
• Overseeing hiring and development of the US team supporting the corporate business, and managing team capacity.
• Supporting new business development and contributing knowledge and solutions to activities for all US and international offices
• Contributing to agency knowledge management systems.

• An inspiring leader, prepared to take responsibility for developing an office, and for building a team.
• Strong organizational and client relations skills essential.
• 10+ years’ experience in corporate communications and/or strategic communications.
• 5+ years’ management experience at a major communications agency, with demonstrated ability to grow revenues.
• 5+ years’ experience of corporate sustainability, circular economy, sustainable agriculture, clean energy, sustainable manufacturing, etc. including ideally experience of policy engagement
• Ideally a pre-existing network among CSOs in North America
• Outstanding written and verbal communications in English.
• U.S. passport, Green card, or U.S. visa
• Great references.
