Job Description:

A-SAFE is investing heavily in its next phase of US growth. We’re now looking for a modern, data-driven sales leader to elevate our national sales organisation, strengthen our leadership bench, and drive continued expansion across key markets. This role is a pivotal addition to our US leadership team. We’re seeking someone who can bring a step-change in capability — someone who has led and modernised a sizeable B2B product sales organisation and can build a high-performance culture rooted in data, coaching, and accountability. If you’re a commercially sharp, tech-centric sales leader ready to shape the next chapter of a market-leading brand, this is a role with genuine impact and autonomy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Modernise the national sales organisation, embedding a data-driven, customer-centric approach
  • Coach and develop Sales Managers into future senior leaders, raising leadership capability across the team
  • Own national key account strategy, strengthening partnerships with major industrial and logistics customers
  • Drive sales discipline, ensuring forecasting accuracy, CRM excellence, and strong pipeline health
  • Partner closely with the US CEO to transform the sales culture and unlock commercial scalability in the US
  • Roll up your sleeves where needed — balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major accounts and team development

Requirements:

  • Led a multi-state B2B product sales organisation (industrial, manufacturing, material handling, logistics, construction, or adjacent sectors preferred)
  • A track record of modernising sales process, improving performance through data, technology, and sales operations
  • Proven experience coaching and developing sales leaders — not just managing them
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing ability
  • A leadership style that blends clarity, coaching, and commercial decisiveness
  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with practical execution
  • A preference for being based in Dallas, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and shaping the culture of our sales hub
