Senior Vice President, Head of Regulatory Development

• Regulatory Development: identification and oversight of material Enterprise-wide compliance upstream and downstream regulatory developments
• Manage the relationship and engagement with Regulators on all matters relevant regulatory developments for the Enterprise
• Ensure that the respective Regulators' agendas and requirements are understood, communicated and met
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the US Enterprise Regulatory library
• Confirm the timely reporting and escalation of new/changes in regulatory requirements
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of Key Risk Indicators for the function
• Ability to lead a team of resources in the US and other remote locations

• Solid understanding of US regulatory requirements, including those related to federal, state and securities requirements
• Preferable Project Management experience with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, or similar matters
• Experienced in Financial Services, Investment or Consulting firms
• Ability to manage, negotiate effectively and influence others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professional and personal integrity
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
