Job Description:

The SVP, Finance Regulatory Reporting (C14) role is a senior management position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will support and execute remediation of critical gaps in regulatory reporting and bolster the team’s ability to meet regulatory commitments to various constituencies (local regulators, U.S. Federal Reserve, OCC, etc.) based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the execution of critical deliverables tied to Regulatory Reporting Remediation Commitments
  • Assess the direct implications of new issues
  • Support and substantiate the development of the BCBS 239 Compliance process
  • Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports
  • Manage process improvement efforts
  • Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control’s structure

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
