As a Senior Producer at Black Kite, you are responsible for delivering production excellence from pitch through to delivery. You have a strong working knowledge of the industry and a broad range of existing client relationships. You are passionate about providing creative solutions to the most exciting clients and Directors.

Job Responsibility

  • Win and deliver exciting work
  • Work with EP/Head of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients
  • Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
  • Manage Ceta schedules efficiently
  • Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high end creative treatments
  • Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team

  • Nurture and develop junior members of the Production Team

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in Production at a Senior Level within Advertising VFX
  • Solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and what it takes to deliver outstanding VFX work
  • Wide range of existing clients

  • Experience managing large teams and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
