We are seeking a Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering rigour and innovation. In this role, you won’t just execute V&V activities—you’ll reimagine how they’re done, applying artificial intelligence and automation to transform processes, reduce complexity, and unlock new levels of efficiency and insight. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science
  • 5+ years of experience in Verification & Validation, Systems Engineering, or related functions within a regulated industry, with demonstrated technical leadership in complex projects
  • Proven track record applying AI and automation to engineering workflows—covering areas such as predictive analytics, automated decision support, testing automation or large-scale data integration
  • Strong working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Jira) and use of data science environments (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Jupyter)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Substantial experience in medical devices or similarly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated contributions to AI in regulatory, quality, or compliance contexts (e.g., AI-assisted documentation, automated coverage analysis, predictive risk management)
