You will play a key role in supporting procurement and vendor management functions by analyzing supplier performance, maintaining vendor data, and supporting sourcing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and manage vendor master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Analyze vendor performance, pricing trends, and procurement data to support decision-making
Support vendor onboarding, qualification, and evaluation processes
Monitor supplier KPIs including delivery performance, quality, and service levels
Assist in RFQ/RFP processes, quotation analysis, and supplier comparisons
Generate procurement reports and dashboards for management review
Work closely with procurement, finance, and operational teams to resolve vendor-related issues
Support contract administration and ensure proper documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, vendor analysis, or supply chain
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
