Job Description:

Senior Valuer – Intercounty Estate Agents (Bishop’s Stortford). This is a key position within our Bishop’s Stortford team. You will be responsible for winning instructions, building strong relationships with sellers, and guiding them through their journey with confidence and expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out accurate and compelling property valuations across Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding villages
  • Convert valuation opportunities into instructions through strong communication and market knowledge
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, supporting them from initial valuation through to completion
  • Handle inbound enquiries and arrange valuation appointments
  • Prepare high quality valuation presentations and follow up effectively
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure every client receives a seamless, first class experience
  • Support the team with viewings and general office activity where needed

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of valuing and winning instructions within residential estate agency
  • Confident, credible and able to build trust quickly with a wide range of clients
  • Bring energy, drive and a proactive approach to your work
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities effectively
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, high performing team
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
