Job Description:

Senior Valuations Coordinator within the REVS (Real Estate Valuation Services) Residential Panel Management Team at Wells Fargo

Job Responsibility:

Provide feedback and present ideas for improving processes and tools
Perform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasks
Provide subject matter expertise to less experienced staff
Execute end to end business processes for vendor onboarding and profile maintenance
Ensure vendors maintain active appraisal license information and insurance requirements
Work with user groups to provide support and resolve questions
Manage team mailbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
Communicate with vendors to ensure compliance with corporate policies
Vendor coaching to improve performance
Maintain vendor payment information
Create and maintain reports to monitor compliance

Requirements:

4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience
Customer service focus with ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues
CMS experience (collateral management system)
Proven ability to meet quality standards
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment
Ability to interact with integrity and high level of professionalism
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
Knowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles

Nice to have:

CMS experience (collateral management system)
Knowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles within Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) Residential Panel Management team
