Job Responsibility:

  • Perform a variety of operations involved in driving and parking vehicles for guests
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Issue ticket receipts after inspecting and documenting vehicle damage
  • Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
  • Collect and secure cash and issue receipts
  • Write down vehicle information and location on valet tickets
  • Tag and maintain keys
  • Ensure appropriate service standards with all front-line staff
  • Resolve visitor issues to meet service expectations
  • Serve as backup to Supervisor during absences

Requirements:

  • Must hold valid driver’s license
  • Have a driving record in accordance with local policies and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
  • Two years of relevant experience required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and driving test
  • Must be willing to work various times and locations based on business needs
  • Employment subject to criminal background check and pre-employment physical
  • Skills, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned
