Job Responsibility:

Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution, fostering high-performing teams and managing risk
Produce exceptional design deliverables across the entire spectrum
Experiment with AI and emerging tech, using new tools, exploring generative design, and bringing that knowledge into the team to spark innovation
Engage in live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team
Shape design approaches, influence client decisions, and mentor your colleagues
Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
Use your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects

Requirements:

A Visionary Practitioner: You are a pragmatic Senior UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of delivering successful services for private and public sector clients
A Client Partner: You have experience in a client-facing role (agency or consultancy) where you’ve built strong relationships and owned outcomes
A Mentor: You have a collaborative, empathetic leadership style, focused on developing others and harnessing a culture of excellence
An Experimenter: You’re already experimenting with AI and emerging tech, using new tools and exploring generative design to spark innovation
Versatile: You are comfortable working across all our industries, from Defence & Security to Health & Life Sciences
Gov-Ready: Experience with the UK Government Service Standard is a bonus
Must meet UK security clearance residency requirements (British citizen or resident in the UK for the past 5 years)
