Job Description

Our client is seeking a mid-to-senior level UX Researcher to support high-impact, AI-driven product initiatives within eCommerce. This role focuses on shaping agent-first user experiences across buyer and seller journeys, ensuring AI capabilities align with real customer needs. You will lead end-to-end research efforts, working closely with Design, Product, and AI teams to inform strategy, guide feature development, and drive meaningful user-centred decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the full UX research lifecycle from planning through insight delivery
  • Define research questions and methods with cross-functional partners
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and design teams
  • Identify and prioritise impactful research opportunities
  • Communicate findings through storytelling, workshops, and stakeholder presentations

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in UX Research
  • Master’s or PhD in a relevant behavioural science or design-related field
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise
  • Proven ability to influence product strategy through research
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global product teams

Nice to have

Background in eCommerce or AI-driven products is a plus
