Job Description:

Be a key part of Circle K's journey creating the future of customer experience through digital transformation. The Senior UX Manager ensures cohesive and strategic design approach across all digital products within Core Digital Experience domain, operating at both strategic and operational levels to define unified experience vision that supports short-term product goals and long-term scalability.

Job Responsibility:

Establish and drive unified design vision and strategy aligned with Global product and technology objectives
Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into design process
Co-mentor and guide team of UX/UI designers
Develop design team job profiles
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate design principles throughout product lifecycle
Advocate for user experience at all organizational levels
Promote design strategies and concepts to senior leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphical Design, Digital Design, or equivalent
11+ years of experience in UX/UI design with strong track record in leading design initiatives
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience across range of digital products
Expert-level knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and experience with collaborative design platforms
Deep understanding of research methodologies to inform user-centric design decisions
Extensive experience with development and maintenance of design systems
Strong understanding of codification of design components for scalability and consistency
Solid knowledge of app and web design
Proven experience coordinating and guiding other designers in team setting
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication skills
