The Senior UX Manager ensures a cohesive and strategic design approach across all digital products within our Core Digital Experience domain. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, this role defines a unified experience vision that supports short term product goals and long-term scalability, aligning with Global product and technology objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and drive a unified design vision and strategy
Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices
Co-mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers
Develop design team job profiles
Collaborate closely with group product managers, product managers, technical product owners and front-end engineering teams
Advocate for the user experience at all levels of the organization
Promote design strategies and concepts to senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphical Design, Digital Design, or equivalent
11+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record in leading design initiatives
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience across a range of digital products
Expert-level knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and experience with collaborative design platforms
Deep understanding of research methodologies to inform user-centric design decisions
Extensive experience with the development and maintenance of design systems
Strong understanding of codification of design components for scalability and consistency
Solid knowledge of app and web design
Proven experience coordinating and guiding other designers in a team setting
