Job Responsibility:
Design and run applied science and/or machine learning experiments to explore new ideas and validate hypotheses
Conduct research on state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies, and emerging trends
Translate concepts into working prototypes through code
Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback and propose creative, practical solutions
Communicate insights, decisions, and results clearly and concisely to cross-functional partners
Contribute to publications, technical reports, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field AND 2+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code
OR equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years engineering development skills
OR significant industry experience uniquely qualifying you for this role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field OR equivalent industry experience uniquely qualifying you for this role
Mastery of at least one coding language
GitHub, CodePen, or other links showcasing coding skills OR portfolio is required
Experience with prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, or domain adaptation techniques for large or small language models
Experience applying machine learning techniques to UX challenges such as personalization, behavioral modeling, or interaction optimization
Experience working with foundation models in applied product environments, or with structured or unstructured data to generate UX‑relevant insights that translate into actionable product outcomes
Experience developing user study plans, generating hypotheses, or using state‑of‑the‑art methods to understand human behavior in product environments
Experience with human-computer interaction, behavioral psychology, and/or trust in intelligent systems
Experience building or evaluating agentic systems or multimodal AI‑driven user experiences
