Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with deep experience in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) storefronts to help craft user-centered, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. In this role, you’ll be involved from concept to execution—partnering with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually compelling, and high-converting user interfaces for global brands.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with strategy, research, and creative teams to guide and apply UX research insights
Translate ideas and data into structured design solutions (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps)
Present work clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients
Design with accessibility and ADA compliance in mind
Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and functionality
Produce design documentation to support implementation by front-end and back-end teams

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in UX or interactive design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce and/or DTC UX projects
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools — Figma is required (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. are a plus)
Experience using or designing within design systems (Material Design, Material 3 preferred)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA compliance, inclusive design)
Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with CRM or personalization platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and animation principles
