Lead the design of high‑quality user experiences for Vodafone’s global B2B sites and local market business platforms. Create user‑centric design concepts, interaction specifications, and detailed wireframes that enhance conversion and support task completion. Drive design innovation and proactively identify opportunities to improve user journeys. Maintain and evolve UX standards, processes, and guidelines in partnership with global UX and brand teams. Assess conceptual designs using Group UX KPIs and contribute to UX quality reporting across channels. Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and external development teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality UX outcomes. Identify UX quality issues and support negotiation of appropriate solutions with suppliers. Mentor peers, run workshops with stakeholders, and foster knowledge‑sharing within the team. Requirements:
8+ years of experience in relevant domains
At least 4 years in User Experience
At least 3 years in commercial product or service development
Experience in mobile‑related environments
Strong technology awareness
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Strong user‑centric thinking with ability to balance business and design priorities
Experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced, international environments
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead design thinking
Excel in problem‑solving, analysis, and applying diverse design styles
Hold a degree in design, psychology, human–computer interaction, design management, or equivalent
Act as a collaborative team member who coaches others, provides constructive feedback, and drives user advocacy
