As a part of Bühler’s digital and service transformation, we are looking for a new colleague, that will join our team as a Senior UX Designer in our offices in Prague (Pankrác). In this role, you will help design digital solutions for machine interfaces, automation platforms and web solutions in a complex industrial environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving challenging interaction problems, can structure complex information into intuitive user experiences, and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across agile teams. Experience in industrial, technical, or similarly complex B2B environments is strongly preferred.
Job Responsibility
Support UX projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the process
Design user flows, interaction concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Translate complex technical and process-related requirements into intuitive and efficient user experiences
Rapidly iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, technical constraints, and business needs
Work with the existing design system to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across products
Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment
Support developers during implementation by explaining design decisions, preparing handovers, and reviewing implemented interfaces and components
Present design concepts and decisions clearly and confidently to different audiences, including business and technical stakeholders
Manage stakeholder input effectively and build alignment across teams with different priorities and perspectives
Contribute to the application and continuous improvement of the Bühler Design System
Plan and conduct UX activities such as user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder workshops, and other discovery and validation activities
