As a Senior UX Designer at OneTrust, you own end-to-end design for key product areas—creating intuitive, scalable, and AI-powered experiences that help customers work smarter and with greater confidence. You collaborate closely with your 3-in-a-box partners in Product and Engineering to ensure every quarterly release delivers meaningful customer improvements and measurable usability gains.
Job Responsibility:
Lead UX design for a product area from discovery to delivery
Partner with Domain UX to translate strategy into actionable designs
Manage design tasks within sprint cycles
Balance fidelity with speed
deliver iteratively while maintaining UX quality
Collaborate across PM and ENG to ensure a unified user experience
Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability in your team's work and outcomes
Meet with customers weekly to know and represent them in the SDLC process
Craft thoughtful UX writing to support your design solutions
Create Eng-ready design deliverables using our component library so sprint counterparts can execute features every three weeks
Oversee sprint deliverables so that the intended customer experience is protected
Advocate for UX best practices across stakeholders and guide your 3iab team on which UX methods will best build customer understanding for each situation
Be the primary advocate for the user, ensuring the customer’s voice is understood and represented throughout the entire product experience
Independently plan, execute usability studies, and report on product area findings and recommendations to your cross-functional and design teams
Use Figma, Maze, and Pendo other tools to create, share and test UX design assets
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design and experience working in software development
At least 1 year of experience creating B2B products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from research through execution
Advanced Figma skills using design libraries, components, auto layout, variants, prototyping and organized file structure
Proven ability to design for complex, data-rich, or AI-driven applications
Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills
Experience designing complex experiences
Experience collecting customer data, performing heuristic evaluations, creating journey maps, or employing other UX activities
