Job Responsibility:

Lead UX design for a new digital product from concept to launch
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing across diverse user groups
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on vision, priorities, and feasibility
Apply and evolve a design system grounded in Google Material Design
Facilitate design reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders and users
Ensure a cohesive, user-centered experience across product verticals
Iterate based on data, feedback, and evolving user needs

Requirements:

8–10 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing work
Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience with Google Material Design and component-based design systems
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Ability to present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile development environments
A passion for solving complex problems with elegant, user-centered solutions
