Job Description:

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior UX Designer (he/she) for our client from the biotechnology industry. You will work on the next generation of AI-powered digital products, focused on dashboards, analytics, conversational interfaces, and automation. The project combines modern UX design with AI technologies, giving you the opportunity to not only design interfaces but also influence how products are created and delivered. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and AI teams in an innovative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to actively shape new standards in AI-driven product design and user experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing user experiences for data-driven products, including dashboards, analytics, and KPI-focused solutions
  • Creating and improving AI-powered interfaces, combining chat and traditional UI experiences
  • Collaborating with AI tools to generate ideas, prototypes, and solutions
  • Working daily with tools such as Figma, GitLab, and AI-powered platforms
  • Supporting and improving development processes through automation and design-to-code integrations
  • Defining the best ways to present information, including data visualizations and conversational experiences
  • Creating and optimizing UX content, including UX writing and microcopy
  • Participating in experimental AI-related initiatives and helping shape modern product delivery processes

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
  • Strong experience designing data-driven products, especially dashboards, analytics platforms, and KPI-based interfaces
  • Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with design systems
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1/C2), allowing you to work effectively in an international environment
  • Interested in AI-powered products and can effectively work with AI tools or learn them quickly
  • Experience delivering MVPs and working in an iterative product development approach
  • Understand collaboration with development teams, including tools and processes such as Git, GitLab, and ticketing systems
  • Enjoy experimenting with new technologies and shaping modern product experiences

Nice to have:

  • Experience with UX writing and creating microcopy
  • Experience designing conversational interfaces, such as chatbots or AI assistants
  • Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs such as Claude or similar solutions
  • Knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling principles
  • Experience with process automation and design-to-code workflows
