Senior UX Designer

• Role in designing and executing the digital experiences that affect millions of customers and team members across thousands of restaurants
• Key in deeply understanding problems, performing research and usability studies, ideating and prototyping to ensure customer experiences are intuitive, delightful, and on brand

• A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles
• Design efficient, functional, and enjoyable digital experiences
• Work flexibly across multiple product lanes within a complex system of interactions
• Work both strategically and tactically, weighing tradeoffs and exploring multiple solution concepts
• Get to know and empathize with customers, staff, and operators
• Solid understanding of web and app paradigms and contemporary patterns
• Highly proficient in Figma, utilizing components, layouts, and design systems to create wireframes, interactions, and prototypes
• Continually innovates and improves on the processes and deliverables to set new standards
• Plan and synthesize research studies to inform design e.g., IDIs, usability testing
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and development teams in respectful ways that push for the best solutions
• Proactively identifying and advocating for better design and innovations that might have otherwise been missed— focusing on continuous improvement

• Able to develop simple and elegant design solutions to complex design problems
• You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
• You have expertise in cross-functional collaboration
