A fantastic new role has arisen for a top retailer for a Senior UX and CRO Lead based in Berkshire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver A/B testing roadmap, better user experience and overall website optimisation to improve conversion rates
  • Responsible for the overall CRO and UX strategy for their flagship eCommerce website
  • Work with specialist agencies, third parties and relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure end to end delivery of the UX/CRO initiatives and ongoing test roadmap
  • Develop and implement reporting framework for CRO and UX changes and provide regular briefing and KPI updates to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an optimisation role
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of conversion rate optimisation, web analytics and user experience disciplines
  • Previous experience of A/B and MVT testing
