Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

• Develop detailed user journeys for complex financial features, such as credit score tracking and external transfers
• Create responsive designs for web, iOS, and Android platforms, including support for dark mode
• Produce wireframes and iterate on concepts to refine ideas quickly
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and designs using Figma
• Contribute to the maintenance and consistency of large-scale enterprise design systems
• Document UX workflows, processes, and architecture to ensure clarity and alignment
• Write UX-focused content, including microcopy, tooltips, and error messages
• Apply visual design principles to enhance user interfaces and ensure smooth collaboration during design handoffs with engineering and QA teams
• Partner with other designers and business analysts to shape user experiences across new and existing product flows
• Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with expertise in both B2B and B2C environments
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with large enterprise design systems
• Strong prototyping skills and ability to execute high-quality UI designs
• Demonstrated ability to design for web, iOS, and Android platforms, including dark mode
• Skilled in developing journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Experience in documenting user flows and platform processes with clarity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in remote, collaborative teams
• Background in financial services or fintech is a plus but not required
