Job Responsibility
Manage underground infrastructure and capital project activities
Coordinate project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Oversee installation of underground services including ventilation, dewatering, power, pumping, communications, and backfill systems
Monitor contractor performance and project progress
Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
Prepare project reports, schedules, and cost tracking documentation
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and technical services departments
Support procurement and technical evaluation of equipment and services
Drive continuous improvement and project optimization initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground mining infrastructure or capital projects
Experience managing underground mining projects in operational environments
Strong project management and contractor management skills
Familiarity with underground mine systems and infrastructure
