We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex features and help elevate the overall quality of the player experience. This role combines strong UX thinking and UI execution, with a focus on ownership, decision-making, and improving both design quality and team output.

Lead the design of complex features, from user flows to final UI
Define clear interaction models and ensure a coherent player experience
Make design decisions that balance player needs, game design goals, and technical constraints
Own the UI/UX of key features from concept to implementation
Drive alignment with Game Design, Tech, and Production
Anticipate risks and resolve design challenges early
Ensure a high level of quality, clarity, and consistency across features
Apply and reinforce existing UI systems and UX patterns
Identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements
Produce clear, structured, and complete documentation (flows, specs, behaviors)
Ensure designs are ready for development with minimal ambiguity
Follow implementation closely to guarantee quality
Support other designers through feedback and guidance
Help improve team practices around UX clarity and UI quality
Share knowledge and contribute to raising the overall level of the team
Work closely with Game Design, Tech, and Production to ensure smooth feature development
Communicate design decisions clearly and with strong rationale
Help reduce friction by improving clarity and alignment on features
