We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who doesn’t just design screens—but shapes product experiences from idea to execution. At SolGuruz, you will take ownership of design decisions and play a key role in defining how our digital products look, feel, and perform. You’ll work closely with business analysts, developers, tech leads, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences for web and mobile products. Your role goes beyond execution—you’ll be expected to think strategically, mentor junior designers, and contribute to improving design processes and systems. Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, from concept to final delivery
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Take ownership of design quality and consistency across projects
Actively contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and usability
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and tech leads to deliver feasible and effective design solutions
Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers
Conduct design reviews and ensure best UX practices are followed across products
Create and maintain visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and UI components aligned with brand guidelines
Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to continuously improve the product experience
Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and usability best practices
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging UX patterns
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of real-world projects
Strong expertise in Figma (our primary design tool), including Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Variables, and Design Systems
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, UX heuristics, and usability best practices
Strong knowledge of Material Design Guidelines and Human Interface Guidelines
Ability to independently handle complex design problems and propose well-thought-out solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to confidently explain design decisions to internal teams and clients
Strong design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Nice to have:
Knowledge & Experience in graphic design
Experience with branding and logo design
Experience in motion design using After Effects or Rive
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
