Job Description:

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to provide flexible, on-demand design support to support a Technology client. This role will focus primarily on user experience design—crafting intuitive, user-centered flows, interactions, and information architecture—while applying strong UI design skills to ensure visual consistency and cohesion across new components, patterns, and experiences. This position is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in dynamic environments and can plug into projects as needed. The flexible engagement model allows our team to scale creative capacity up or down depending on project activity, without the need for a full-time commitment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead UX design for new features and enhancements, including user research, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into elegant, practical solutions
  • Maintain and extend design systems, ensuring consistent visual and interaction patterns across products
  • Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to inform design improvements
  • Deliver high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards
  • Work efficiently in an agile, on-demand capacity—jumping into projects as priorities evolve
  • Provide design critiques, documentation, and guidance to ensure implementation fidelity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
  • Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Deep understanding of design systems, interaction design principles, and responsive web/mobile design
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems and design for scalability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in flexible, contract, or agency environments preferred
