Job Description:

Senior UI/UX Designer role at Hypervolt, a fast-growing EV charging company. Focus on designing intuitive experiences for consumer applications and internal tools, championing user-centric design, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Design beautiful, intuitive experiences for core consumer-facing applications (mobile, desktop, web)
Collaborate & innovate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Shape visual standards and maintain design language
Prototype & iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Advocate for the user
Mentor & lead junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Work on Mobile & iPad App, Desktop App, Web App, In-House Service Portal, Fleet Application & Dashboard

Requirements:

Deep experience in large-scale consumer-facing tech
Passion for simplicity & aesthetics
Startup background
Technical & customer insight
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
At least conversational proficiency in English (ideally C1 or above)
Green energy enthusiasm (bonus)

Nice to have:
