Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help craft high-quality digital experiences. If you enjoy solving real user problems through design and working closely with both clients and developers, this role could be a great fit.

Job Responsibility:

Dive into the project’s discovery phase, uncovering insights and needs
Collaborate closely with clients and our development team, ensuring a cohesive project journey
Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off of new and existing projects

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer and expertise in creating wireframes and clickable prototypes
Practical experience in creating such artifacts as Competitive Analysis, User Flows, JBTD, Wireframes, and UI designs
Strong online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us – examples of design artifacts listed in the point above are a must
Good communication skills in English are crucial (at least Upper intermediate level)
Proficient in product design tools (Figma)
Ability to effectively present and communicate your design solutions to a working team and stakeholders, defend and advocate your design decisions
Knowledge of software development processes, ability to estimate design scope
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies

Nice to have:

Experience with Adobe products
Basic UI animation skills
