8+ years designing and developing interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong foundation in visual design and interaction principles
4+ years leading end-to-end UI/UX design projects, including mentoring and guiding team members on best practices
Hands-on experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective, feasible designs
Proven track record driving design system strategy—creating, maintaining, documenting, and evangelizing design standards across platforms
