Job Description:

The Senior UI Engineer will contribute to the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, focusing on front-end development using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. This role includes responsibilities such as building responsive and high-performance UI components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to enterprise DevOps and Agile frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Provide user and operational support on applications to business users
Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, and provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards
Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis
Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and assist customer exposure systems
Ensure essential procedures are followed and define operating standards and processes
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Operate with limited supervision
Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.

Requirements:

8-12 years of relevant experience as UI Engineer
Front-End Development Expertise using Angular, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Strong on UI Component Design, State Management, Build Tools, CSS Preprocessors, Unit Testing, Debugging, RESTful API Integration, UI Performance Optimization, Responsive Design, Accessibility, Agile Methodologies
Knowledge of DevOps Practices, Microservices, Cloud, Multi-Threaded Application Development, Advanced Debugging, Modern Front-End Techniques
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API
Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Vite
Understanding of CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS and CSS-in-JS solutions
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and debugging tools
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
Exposure to enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git
Experience working in a microservices and cloud-based environment
Experience in multi-threaded application development using Java/J2EE technology.
