Job Description:

We’re looking for a designer who can think, lead, and deliver with complete ownership. Not someone who just moves pixels around. If you care about strong design principles, can explain your choices with logic, and want to take real responsibility for what you create, this is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Own the entire UI process from concept to delivery
Lead design direction for web and mobile products
Work on both B2C and B2B projects with clarity and depth
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients
Build and maintain scalable design systems
Guide and mentor junior designers to ensure quality output
Make confident design decisions and move projects forward

Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven experience in UI design for web and mobile
Strong understanding of design principles
Sharp visual design sense and attention to detail
Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping
Confidence to lead client meetings and explain design rationale
Ability to work smoothly with developers and handle handoff challenges
A mindset focused on ownership, not just execution

Service-Based Experience
If you’ve worked in an agency or with multiple clients, highlight it. It proves you can manage tight timelines, shifting priorities, and varied design needs
