Senior UI Designer

• Create high-fidelity, responsive mockups with visual clarity and consistency
• Lead or support 2–3 junior UI designers through feedback, planning, and task reviews
• Structure layout and information architecture: sitemaps, page flows, and navigation logic
• Build scalable design systems using Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens
• Translate brand assets into functional UI elements and style guides
• Organize Figma files: clear layers, grouped elements, interaction documentation
• Communicate design intent clearly to developers, PMs, and international clients
• Use AI tools (v0.dev, Lovable) to accelerate layout and content ideation

• 3–5+ years of UI design experience (web, mobile, SaaS)
• Strong portfolio showing visual craft, structure, and dev-handoff quality
• Expert-level Figma usage (Components, Tokens, Prototyping)
• Comfortable in client calls, design reviews, and cross-team syncs
• Experience building sitemaps, layout hierarchies, and design frameworks
• Ability to manage junior team members with clarity and empathy
• Familiarity with prompt-based design tools or AI workflows

Experience working with international clients and AI tools like v0.dev or Lovable
