Job Description:

FinXL is seeking a Senior UC Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting a Tier-1 Managed Services Provider. In this role, you will be dedicated to a major project. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and configuration of complex, large-scale enterprise voice and multi-channel contact center environments (Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Centre Enterprise)).

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment and configuration of complex voice and multi-channel contact center solutions
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) environments
  • Work closely with technical leads and financial sector stakeholders to ensure seamless solution integration and migration
  • Prepare high-level and low-level design documentation (HLD/LLD) and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure all configurations meet the rigorous security, data privacy, and regulatory standards required by the banking and finance industry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the end-to-end deployment and configuration of Cisco UCCE within large-scale enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in designing and configuring complex, multi-channel contact center solutions (Omnichannel)
  • Previous experience supporting or delivering services to the Financial Services or Banking sector is highly regarded
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex corporate structures and translate technical requirements to business value
  • Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE Collaboration) are a significant advantage
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens, with an ability to obtain NV1 Clearance
