Job Responsibility

  • Take lead on complex civil litigation defense cases
  • Handle all phases of litigation, from case strategy to trial
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development

Requirements

  • 8+ years of litigation experience with a strong trial record
  • Expertise in civil litigation defense
  • Excellent litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
  • Licensed attorney in the state of California with a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Proven expertise in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury and insurance defense
  • Proficiency in case management and document management software
  • Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
  • Experience handling depositions, court appearances, and trial proceedings
  • Ability to review and analyze medical records and case evidence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
