Job Responsibility:

  • Direct and optimize daily treasury operations, ensuring seamless cash and liquidity management across a complex, multi-currency group
  • Oversee global banking relationships while proactively assessing and mitigating liquidity, counterparty, and foreign exchange (FX) risks
  • Design and embed robust treasury policies, governance procedures, and control frameworks to enhance scalability and audit readiness
  • Play a pivotal role in constructing the FX risk management framework, including the definition and execution of vital hedging strategies
  • Lead the rollout of new treasury systems and automation initiatives to drive process efficiency and standardization globally
  • Partner with senior finance stakeholders on liquidity planning, providing the financial visibility needed to support strategic funding and growth decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury or cash management
  • mastery of end-to-end treasury operations, international banking, and cross-border payment structures
  • proven success in building, formalizing, and improving treasury policies, processes, and control frameworks from the ground up
  • experience operating Treasury Management Systems alongside proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
