Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will: Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships; Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Consulting functional area; Independently resolve moderately complex issues; Lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements; Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals; Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.

Requirements:
4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management solutions for organizations with revenues of $25 million to $100 million
Working knowledge of treasury management, payments, and liquidity concepts to effectively support client conversations and solution positioning
Skilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
